EXPOSURE DRAFT OF REGULATION

The SEBON has drafted Mutual Fund Regulation, 2064 under the provision of Securities Laws. The Board is exposing the draft  for stakeholders consultation and feedback. The Board expects cooperation and feedbacks which would be valuable in finalizing the drafts and establishing appropriate legal and regulatory linkages. The Board would like to request the stakeholder to provide their feedback as quickly as possible on Post Box No. 9031, Thapathali, Kathmandu or on its email: sebo@ntc.net.np
