1. Securities Registration and Prospectus Approval
SEBON, during the review period, approved the prospectuses of four development banks and three finance companies and registered the securities amounting Rs. 207.25 million.

2. Issue of Securities
During the review period, four development banks and four finance companies issued securities amounting to Rs. 438.50 million. The detail of the issue is given in table 4.

3. New Listing of Securities
During the review period, securities amounting to Rs. 1187.39 million were listed in Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. It consist of ordinary shares amounting Rs. 515.00 million, rights shares amounting to Rs.22.39 million and debentures amounting to Rs.650.00 million. 4. Paid-up Value
The total paid-up value of listed securities as at Mid- April 2007 has reached to Rs. 21963 million.
5. Turnover
Total amount of securities traded during the review period is Rs. 4572.31 million. The monthly trading amount of the securities during the period is given in table 6.
6. Market Capitalization
The market capitalization at the end of the review period has reached to Rs. 133399 million. Market capitalization at the end of each month during the period is given in table 6.
7. NEPSE Index
The NEPSE index at the end of the review period reached to 494.06. The monthly closing of NEPSE Index is given in table 6.

8. Corporate Reporting
During the review period, of the 131 listed companies, 79 companies consisting of 13 commercial banks, five development banks, 38 finance companies, 10 insurance companies, three hotels, five manufacturing companies, two trading companies and 3 companies from other sectors have submitted their annual reports to SEBON. The detail is given in Table 7.
